Depends on the type of fire actually. In many cases water will make it worse/more dangerous. (Electrical, gasoline etc…)

There is the same problem here in Alberta,Canada by the oil sands where residence had or have the same issue of burning water.

If you didn’t burn them could you unintentionally gas yourselves with out proper ventilation. Scary.

Normally, you’d fight fire with water, but not at Jesse and Amee Ellsworth’s home. They have so much natural gas, leaking from nearby gas wells, in their water that they can light it on fire!
