Blue Moose Menorah and Other Unusual Menorahs

Baierman of YesButNoButYes has a nifty post about some of the most unusual menorah designs. I particularly like this blue moose menorah by Canadian artists Don Gidley and Sue Parke of Acme Animal.

Very pretty. I sent that link off to Daniel Pinkwater, who is both Jewish and the creator of the "Blue Moose" series of novels for readers of all ages.

My dad made me two menorahs out of Sculpy when I was a kid. The first one was train of animals, with a giraffe at the head, and the second was an octopus. That one was pretty dangerous to light towards the end, but it was really neat.
