What a voice! I wish I had that kind of range. Then again, so do most female vocalists.

This is actually a few years old. Still funny, though.

    New to me, and awesome.

I'm guessing they weren't actually enrolled in the class, though.

makes me think of that Grade School Musical episode of South Park.
Musicals are silly, people in real life just don't break out in song. Notice how everyone in the video thought it was weird.

Awesome! I'd be thrilled if someone did that in my class and I hope I'd handle it with such aplomb as Prof. Valenti.

If I was the professor I would have one upped them by announcing a surprise test! And all their classmates can thank them after class. Mwahahahahaha! :D

@ Scooter: Weird good, maybe. It's always a little uncomfortable at first when people really go for it, whatever "it" is, but they were all smiling pretty much uncontrollably. The final verdict is usually that it's neat when people do something all the way and stop worrying about being cool.

    Agree with violet.

Reminds me of ImprovEverywhere's spontaneous food court musical. Random unexpected things, no matter how corny, always bring a smile on people's faces. ^^

Wonder if it was an assignment for their Drama class or something.
Nice to know there are still professors with a sense of humor out there.
It never hurts to break up the monotony and stress of class once in a while.
    I give it 5 stars.

Wouldn't college be better with more spontanious musicals?

I couldn't bear to watch after he started singing.

This video proves that musicals are absolutely absurd.

That is classic! A lot of the classes I attended could have used pranks like this to make the class more lively.
