Dinner Set in Rocks, Gems and Minerals

The folks at Extreme Craft blog spotted a dinner at the Eureka Gem Show at Redwood Acres fairground, California, that rocks (literally!) The food are made of rocks, gems, and minerals. I think they cheated on the parsley, but who could resist that yummy rock bacon?

    I would think its breakfast... I dont know about most people but I leave bacon eggs and pancakes for the morning

    Everything but the eggs look pretty good...but if I ever saw eggs served that color, I'd demand a refund!

    I've seen this display at the San Diego Couny Fair in Del Mar as well. It's thoroughly convincing even up close.

    They couldn't find a nice white rock for eggs? Or a yellow blobby rock for scrambled? The weird brown eggs are a turnoff.
    The bacon looks yummy though!
