    We saw this sort of thing all the time when we lived in the Dominican Republic. Its not unique to Russia.

    No frickin’ way.
    That is one sickening photo. What I don’t get is why they’re just installing a few here and there on that building, and at that point in its construction. Looks kinda odd.

    Someone tell me how this AC unit cools the apartment without any ducts or lines or anything running back into the apartment?
