    That's sad. It's kind of difficult to move brick buildings, really they're nothing more than piles without some sort of timber frame. That's why the brick buildings in Seattle have survived so many earthquakes, right from the start they were built with enormous timber frames because, well, we had a lot of trees.

    The sadness in the elderly man's voice at the end of the video is just heartbreaking.
