Today’s Lunchtime Quiz at mental_floss will test your sense of spacial geography. Ten US states have been taken out of context and rotated. Can you recognize the states by their shape alone? I scored 100%, but the current average is 69%.

    It's a good thing they didn't put Vermont in there with the answer choices for New Hampshire. And Arkansas on its side kinda looks like a squished Nevada.

    100% for me. Easier than the usual LTQ, but the blue trivial pursuit questions are always my strong point ;-)

    sorry but the new england states are outta proportion, I was thinking Idaho and it was Delaware.. colorado would have been a hard one it's just a box.

    10/10. Easy. Could have been harder by making Vermont a choice on New Hampshire and New Mexico a choice on Arizona. Or they could have chosen any of the rectangle states: the Dakotas, Wyoming, Colorado...
