There’s no information about here they are, but here are pictures of seven bus shelters I wouldn’t mind waiting in. Link -via Dark Roasted Blend

When I was a kid in Newfoundland, all of us had to ride the school bus everyday. (Rain or shine or snow) We were always envious of the kids with the best homemade bus shelters. Some of them were creative too!

One of these has been featured on Neatorama before; the Ikea bus stop.

Nice. No reason you can't be a little creative with these things.

"Bus stop, wet day / she's there, I say / 'Please share my umbrella'"

That song is going to be in my head for the rest of the day now, so I figured I'd share ...

Very creative. They don't give the locations, and I suppose the more creative ones wouldn't survive from anywhere I've lived in the U.S., where the chairs would be promptly carted away and taggers would deface what remains.

I would say probably not in any large urban areas.
