I still have a pair of those pillowcases from 1977. That's awesome!

I slept on that same Star Wars set when I was a kid.

I definitely had a set of Star Wars sheets - they were similar, but not identical. I recall them having a dark blue background.

    Use the force, Luke!

I used to have a He-Man set, a Cookie Monster set, and my all time favourite Ghostbusters. I was born in the 80's so I unfortunately didn't get the luxury of the Star Wars set. Still this geeked me out. I'd love to get a set, although, I'm sure it would put off all the girls. Unless, she was a geek! :D

Honestly, before I read the blurb, I thought that it was a fabricated scene with yoda surrounded by stuffed animal friends...I'm going back to sleep...

Did her inlaw's have those specifically for her, or were they just still using them? Regardless, they are in GREAT shape.

I had the ET sheet set as a little kid. And had the Star Wars set in college. (Didn't fit my bed as a married lady, or I'd still be using them)

I had the ET set (despite not being an ET fan) and my folks still have my Transformers set, in pretty good shape too. It's based on the toy designs, so Megatron has his gun trigger in that... awkward position.

I also had these sheets, as did my two older sisters. They're still neatly folded back at moms house.

Wish I still had all my toys...

HA! My grandma made me a quilt using that star wars sheet set. Still have it in my closet. My wife hates it, but she just doesn't understand the power of the star wars quilt.
