Aston Martin Couch

This couch is an exact replica of an Aston Martin DB6 rear end. It’s painted in a classic Aston Martin color, Silver Birch. The red leather is finished off with a Y-stitch on each cushion. Polished to perfection, this couch would look good in a garage full of Astons.

James Bond would be proud to lounge on it. Headrests are not included in the base price of over $7,300. Link -via Unique Daily

Doesn't matter what car rear end you use, those sofas will always look tacky and cheap.

Tacky can be fun. You know, it's Kitsch. That's some fun on the bun right there.

Yeah, but tacky shouldn't cost $7000+.

If it's the rear end, it should be an Ass-ton Martin.

*EXACT* replica? You mean Aston Martin DB6s have no truck, but instead an inset cushion?

    Dull. Nothing's worth a '59 Chevy's butt.

For seven grand, comfort would be nice. That monstrosity looks like a church pew with headrests.

That's CRAZY! Why on earth would they base it on the DB6 when the DB5 is a much nicer looking (and desirable in the collector market!) car?

Oh, for what it's worth, the Aston-Martin in the early Bond films is a DB5 as well -- the DB6 came out later in the 1960s.
