This label is found on old Big Brother skateboard magazine t-shirts, Big Brother was created by the guys from Jackass, and became owned by Larry Flynt for a while.

i had a label on a shirt once that said “made in a sweatshop in _____ ” (i don’t remember the country” and also said “dirty laundry keeps women busy”
it was a skater shirt with kiwi on it, but my cat tore a hole through it.
