The 2007 Specialty Equipment Market Association Show was held last week in Las Vegas. Out of many custom cars displayed at the show, American Inventors Spot selected the ten most extreme. This one is called the Blastolene B-702. It’s 19.5 feet long and has a V12 motor and leather interior. Even the frame is custom-made! Link -via Dark Roasted Blend

I love the Blastolene cars. They're big, loud, outrageous, and ALWAYS an overkill.

The Blastolene Brothers ( Michael Leeds and Randy Grubb) are actually biker artists, but got together and started the Blastolene movement. Jay Leno bought their very first creation, the Blastolene Special, and the rest, as they say, is history.

Randy lives about 5 miles from my place and I went and saw the car the day after they had loaded it on the trailer for the trip (he's good friends with my parents). The details are just awesome
virtually every piece of this car is hand made. Wish now I had taken the camera.

The B-702 was offered at auction at Barrett-Jackson in January. It had an estimate of $1.5 million. One person tells me it went for $1 million.
