Steve Miller’s Pumpkin House

We’ve posted about the awe-inspiring Kenova Pumpkin House with its 3,000 jack-o’-lanterns, but this particular home was actually built to look like a pumpkin!

Steve Miller got interested in geodesic domes in 1972 after reading about it. Since then, he has built domes out of plywood, tent liner, shingles, and even aluminum foils! But his main house, the one showed above, is this dome structure shaped and painted just like a giant pumpkin!

This reminds me of the \”big apple\” building near my hometown Toronto. That one happens to be an apple farm (I think) but it was impossible to miss because it was next to the freeway.
