CoolCop: Body Armor Air Conditioning.

Apparently, on a hot day, cranking up the air conditioning in your car doesn't work if you're wearing body armor. Enter CoolCop: a special tube device that attaches to the car's A/C and directs cool air to where it's needed the most!

Very similar, by the way, to the way this Russian server cooling system works.

Minnesota? Home of the Village People? I'm not entirely familiar with Minessota.

Now everybody sings along:

Young man, there's no need to feel down.
I said, young man, pick yourself off the ground.
I said, young man, 'cause you're in a new town
There's no need to be unhappy.

Young man, there's a place you can go.
I said, young man, when you're short on your dough.
You can stay there, and I'm sure you will find
Many ways to have a good time.

It's fun to stay at the y-m-c-a.

It makes that kind law enforcement officer look even more badass, with his vaccum hose plugged on his chest.

Badass in a Village People kind of way that is.
