Did you know that summer was the “smoking season”? Weirdomatic has this and many other really creepy vintage advertisements. The pig slicing pieces of salami from himself and the platinum eyelash extenders were my favorites. Link

    the lysol douche ad was pretty funny...imagine doing that with the lysol we have today!

    I didn't quite understand the pear soap ad, though...the one with the tub on top of the child.

    I have no idea what it's supposed to mean myself...personally it creeps the crap out of me. Melting baby coming at me?! ((O_o))

    I think the Lysol is (pretty much at least) the same... I would imagine that the "suggested concentration" for this use would be pretty weak -- the old label probably tell to add only a little to a lot of water.

    just a heads up if you use the adblock plus extension with firefox it pretty much kills this whole post! disable it for this one.

    (took me a min to figure that out lol)
