Fiendish Curiosities.

The Great Orbax started Fiendish Curiosities to combine his three passions: sideshow, science, and monsters.

Using a combination of current special effects techniques, latex casting and molding, sculpture and modern taxidermy, we create one of a kind works of custom art for the discerning collector. We strive to maintain a scientific approach to our pieces. We attempt to incorporate the sciences of zoology, anatomy, and teratology while devising our curiosities so that in many case, while not cute and cuddly, they do appear as they would had they been the result of natural mutation and adaptation.

Wow! They’ve got this one “thing” on there that looks almost just like that Russian sea monster that was caught and eaten by some fishermen. Interesting.

I can’t even imagine where in your house you would display one of these. Although I guess they’re a lot more interesting then a clock on the mantle.

I saw Orbax’s side show a couple years ago at a Matadors concert but I had no idea he was such an entrepreneur!
