Jason Mecier's Food Art.

Posted by Alex in Arts & Crafts, Food & Drinks on March 2, 2007 at 11:45 am

Apparently when his mom told him not to play with his food, Jason Mecier was inspired to use it for his artwork instead!

Jason makes "paintings" out of candy, beans, vegetables, as well as more mundane stuff like yarn.

Shown here to the left is Condoleezza Rice, made out of … rice!

Not a bad Condoleeza Rice, although I would have taken the time to have eaten and passed the food before starting work on her portrait.
