Wow. So I realize the intarweb can be a big place, but this site is like 8 years old. Neatorama tends to do good work with new things, I find it hard to believe no one has ever submitted this before.

That was done on Public Access on a show called Fusion Patrol in 1995 only it was called an Origami Soccer Ball. The resemblance is uncanny between that crumpled up piece of paper and this so-called boulder.

I wonder if they’ve got a prior art claim?

Wow, does anyone else find this borderline offensive? Not the boulder itself, but the pseudo-ESL language it’s written in. Ouch.

origami is the art of folding paper not balling paper or crumpling paper. your “boulder is not realy origami but if thats what you want to think then whos to stop you(esept a crazy ninja enraged by your insulting of the oriental ways).
