Ã…ke Blomqvist FTW! 
Just some background info for you non-finns out there 
That’s a capture from an old VHS tape from the seventies. It’s one tape in a series of dance instruction tapes Ã…ke Blomqvist did back then. He has an old and respected dance school, but as you can see, he mostly teaches less “groovy” ways of dancing… 
Ã…ke is some sort of a legend over here. When you need a dance instructor, you call Ã…ke! And even though I’m sure he doesn’t teach much himself anymore, his school is still very much operational. Right over here: http://www.tanssikoulublomqvist.fi/

That song is by a german band though AFAIK.
