Train Pushing Through Flood Seemed to Float on Water.

From Historic Photo Archive has a fantastic collection of vintage photos of Americana. This one above is from their collection of train photos, specifically a train that pushed through the Portland Flood of 1948 – the train looked like it was floating on water!

    i think it's pulling (while going backwards) and not pushing judging from the wake....

    This Photo is pretty old, considering the fact that situations like this are very common in India, especially during the monsoons (Rainy Season). I remember sometime in 2003, same scenes.
