Grimace, Then Evil, Now Cuddly.

Grimace [wiki], the jolly and lovable purple gumdrop and friend of Ronald McDonald, wasn’t always like that. In the first cycle of McDonaldland commercials in 1971, he was "Evil Grimace," with two pairs of arms to steal milkshakes!
