This is the Sirocco, Bangkok’s outdoor high-rise restaurant. Says Newley Purnell of Gridskipper:

Patrons sit at tables and crowd around a circular bar implausibly perched on an outcropping some 64 stories above the city. The drop to the traffic below is sheer. Meager glass railings are all that separate visitors from the precipice.

    i wonder how high the fence is .. because all it takes is one drunk to fall and the fun is over for everybody
