From the website

George Perkins, known as Batman, stands near his “Batmobile” in downtown Americus, Ga., on Friday, Oct. 27, 2006. Perkins, a resident of Union Springs, Ala., has helped about 40 Americus residents rid their homes and offices of bats, but the town’s historic district still has a serious bat problem. He normally wears ordinary work clothes, but puts on the Batman outfit for parades.
