What’s so unusual about these recycled hairband from China?

Hint: when they say "made from rubber" they may mean something else.

    I don’t get it, how does that show that they are made from used condoms? How would they even collect them? go door to door?

    I agree with Donovan, it sounds like urban legend to me. If you want something disgusting, think that your touthbrush is probably made of recycled plastic coming from a toilet stool :-)
