Photorealistic Rendering by Max Edwin Wahyudi.

What’s so special about this photo of the Korean actress Song Hye Kyo? It’s special because it’s not a photo – it’s a super-photorealistic computer rendering, done by Indonesian artist Max Edwin Wahyudi.

It’s good, but I don’t understand the value in making a perfect recreation of a photograph that already exists. If it’s student work, great, but keep in mind that most of us don’t post our student work around the web.
