   heeey, I recognize that one! I don’t remember the artist, but it appeared in a now out of print edition of Safarir, a french canadian humour magazine based in quebec. their website is: http://www.safarir.com

   also, note that the theme of the picture isn’t “after a week in hollywood”, it was the front page of an edition devoted to dumb blondes.

   dave, it’s called *creativity*. In this case, the poster exercised *creativity* in conjuring up a title for the post.
