Do you remember the Doozers from Fraggle Rock? They were those little construction working cuties who were always trying to finish building stuff before a hungry Fraggle came along and ate up all their hard work.

They were tiny and green and adorable, and they seemed to know much more about construction than any Fraggle besides Travelling Matt, of course, because he knew everything!

Now the Jim Henson company is bringing the Doozers back in a brand new animated series to be released on Hulu. It's a fun way to teach kids about engineering, and any new project that may bring the Fraggles back is alright with me!

Creepy TV families don’t come much more iconic than the Addams Family, and their home was like a museum of weirdness that made Dracula’s castle look like a gingerbread house.

Creative paper crafter Alan Ronay has created his own version of the Addams abode, complete with crazy taxidermy on the walls, Lurch's signature harpsichord, and many visual easter eggs only a true fan of the Addams Family will be able to spot.

Alan's Etsy shop EverydayMiniatures is where he sells many of his fancy fictional paper homes, from shows like the Golden Girls and I Love Lucy, but be forewarned- these mini estates cost a pretty penny.

Now that music has gone from cassettes to discs to digital files what the heck are we supposed to do with all those leftover tapes?

Brian Dettmer has a pretty good idea of what to do with dead media, and his amazing skeletal sculptures are made out of cassette tapes which are melted ever so gently into bone shapes.

Brian’s works are so meticulously crafted that the tapes preserve much of their original integrity, like the album titles, the reels and the windows, and Brian's grasp of anatomy is so strong that his melted musical masterpieces have all the right parts in all the right places.
