Mister Mouth - Only Dead Men Swim In Pools Full Of Venom

Mister Mouth by SilverBaX

The merc with a mouth became even more of an annoyance the day he donned that symbiote suit from another world. The suit gave him super strength, venomous breath and a stench that could clear a room! Able to eat more tacos and chimichangas than ever before, Wade embraced his hulking new form, and even started posing for nudie calendars in-between jobs, although he still kept the mask on for good measure.

When the merc with a mouth gains the power of venom you call him mister, when they slap his ugly mug on a t-shirt it's called (naturally) Mister Mouth by SilverBaX, wear it and let him do the talking for you!

He's the ultimate rioter, and now he's the star of this Tree Thrower t-shirt by ddjvigo, fight the power with even more power!

4-Year-Old Humorously Imitates Fashion Models

Kids are pretty darn cute by default, but when they dress up, pose or play a role they suddenly become ten times cuter.

Sometimes it’s the ridiculous tiny adult look that cracks us up, other times it’s because young kids are generally silly little critters, so when they try to act all serious for a moment it’s downright hilarious.

The stylish 4-year-old in this charming photo series is Ryker Wixom, a name truly fit for an internet sensation in short pants, and since his mom Collette has started posting these mighty funny model pics on Instagram, and on their blog Mini Style Hacker, they have amassed tens of thousands of followers.

Not bad for a kid who can barely read his own fan mail!

PancakeBot Is The Future Of Breakfast Printing Technology

(Video Link)

(Video Link)

Breakfast lovers prepare to be amazed- everyone’s favorite breakfast food the pancake just got a technological upgrade. It’s called the PancakeBot, but it might as well be called the food printer we never knew we wanted so badly.

The Pancakebot works much like a 3D printer, drawing intricately designed pancakes out onto the skillet and making your dream of eating pancakes shaped like stuff come true!

This mealtime marvel was created by designer Miguel Valenzuela, who used LEGO blocks to create his initial prototype, which was subsequently replaced by “an acrylic body, an Arduino Mega, and two Adafruit Motor Shields as well as a few odds and ends like a vacuum pump for batter control.”

Game Of Thrones Overdubbed With Kids Voices

(Video Link)

Kids should not be watching Game of Thrones, which goes without saying to anyone who has seen the show, but there’s something about replacing the actors’ voices with kids voices that really works for the show!

Jimmy Fallon presented Game of Thrones with Kids Voices as part of his Suggestion Box segment on the Tonight Show, and whoever made the suggestion deserves a high five for pointing out what the show was missing all along.

Gone are the gruff tones of the manly men who star in the show, replaced with the pleasant sound of kids reading a script for a show that would otherwise scar them for life!

Play Wolverine The Right Way - DIY Pneumatic Claws

(Video Link)

(Video Link)

Are you tired of playing Wolverine with plastic claws and mask? Looking for a way to snikt snikt the right way, with a pneumatic pump pushing out a set of wicked steel claws?

Then you're gonna love watching genius/madman Colin Furze build these automatic pneumatic Wolverine claws, which make him totally ecstatic as he goes to town on some cardboard.

Colin's claw rig is truly wicked in both how it looks and functions, and the making of video does a really good job of showing how they're made, but you'll need some serious skills if you're going to attempt to make a set of claws for your own personal mutant revolution.

Well, you can tell your friends and family who still refuse to use a computer, smartphone, tablet or any other piece of technology more complicated than a television that the future is here- we now have prosthetic limbs that can be "controlled with your mind".

How To Make A DIY 3D "Hologram" And Mess With Those Meddling Kids

(Video Link)

When the audience at Coachella 2012 saw a hologram of the fallen rapper Tupac take the stage they were dazzled, if not a bit scared.

Seeing a hologram of the dead icon perform on stage seemed like an extremely innovative and original idea, but the whole bit was actually based on the old Pepper’s Ghost trick, which has been used by stage magicians and Scooby Doo style con artists since the 19th century.

If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at one of the oldest tricks in the book you'll appreciate this tutorial video by Joey Shanks of Shanks FX/PBS Digital Studios, which shows you how to make your own Pepper's Ghost setup and try your hand at resurrecting the dead...sort of.

George R. R. Martin's Darkest Secret - His 30 Year Old DOS Computer

(Video Link)

George R. R. Martin is now reaping the rewards of the millions of words he shaped into the epic fantasy series A Song Of Ice And Fire, but there’s one thing he won’t be spending his newfound HBO series money on- a new computer.

Martin is content to hammer away on a 30-year-old DOS computer, using WordStar 4.0 to create all of his works from the good old days of Wild C.A.R.D.S. to his newest epic fantasy, and he says it's all because he hates newfangled features like spell check.

His admission is bound to raise a few questions, chief among them for many teens- what's DOS?

Retired Bosnian Man Spent Two Years Covering His VW Beetle In Oak

There’s a retired Bosnian man out there who has a serious case of the shingles...attached to his Volkswagen Beetle.

Momir Bojic spent two years covering his Beetle with thousands of scalloped pieces of oak, giving it the unique look much like the roof of your finest pancake houses circa 1979, and now he has something to talk about at his weekly Shinglers Anonymous meetings.

It took 50,000 pieces of oak to completely cover the car, which is still fully operational and garners Momir lots of looks as he rides around town with the top down, sporting his matching shingled hat!

Gilbert Gottfried Lends His Beautiful Voice To Video Games

(Video Link)

Gilbert Gottfried has an unmistakably gorgeous voice, a somewhat brash manner and a unique method of delivering punchlines that's uniquely Gilbertian, and even though he has appeared in many movies, television shows and animated features he hasn’t lent his distinct vocal flavor to very many video games.

Thanks to Game Informer we can now see what we were missing when playing games like Skyrim, Mortal Kombat and Resident Evil without those musical Gilbertian tones in our earholes.

He may no longer be the voice of the AFLAC duck, but it looks like he'll be taking the world of video games by storm!

A Daring Report On Dorothy Silkstone's Cat Accessory Shop

(Video Link)

If you owned a cat in 1965, and happened to live in Bedford, England, then Dorothy Silkstone’s cat accessory shop was the place to go when your kitty had a fancy dress party or afternoon tea to attend.

Vintage newsreel archive site British Pathé dug up this fascinating look at the life of the fancy cat accessory shop owner, and boy is Dorothy's life hectic- between collaring cats, helping feline customers try on sweaters and take a spin on the cat tree of their dreams, and showing off her purr-fectly glorious collection of home decor dedicated to the almighty cat.

Ben Affleck Stars In - The Sad Batman Meme

His nickname may be the Dark Knight, but Batman usually has an intense, or angry, or coldly analytical look on his face, but the recently released photo of Ben Affleck in the Batsuit shows an emotional range that makes for a great new meme- Sad Batman.

Maybe he misses J.Lo, maybe he’s upset about the puffy muscle suit he has to wear, or he deeply regrets starring in Daredevil, or maybe he just misses his Matt Damon bromance days.

Whatever the case, when Affleck assumes the role of Batman he brings a newfound sense of depression to the character- which is hilarious!

Eat your hearts out Clooney, Kilmer, Bale and Keaton, there’s a new Batman in town- and he’s gone full blown Emo.

Watch The Failed Pilot For The 2001 Reboot Of Electra Woman And Dyna Girl

(Video Link)

There was once a superhero TV show reboot that simply didn’t make the cut, a show which could have led the way to the new television golden age of superheroic media franchises but simply fell flat with test audiences.

The show was called Electra Woman and Dyna Girl, starring Markie Post (of Night Court fame) and  Anne Stedman, based on the old Sid & Marty Kroft show of the same name that aired in the mid-1970s.

The show was developed by a young exec at the WB, and because it was to air on the WB it actually took place in the DC Universe, predating the hit show Smallville which would premiere one year later.

So what happened to this reboot? Was it simply too cynical for audiences to enjoy? Is this show another example of TV and movie execs passing on a superhero show with female lead characters? Watch this unaired pilot and see for yourself.

Real Dandelions Turned Into Remarkable OLED Lights

Despite the revelations revealed about some Japanese fisherman by a recently released dolphin based documentary the Japanese have always had a healthy love/respect of nature, and often incorporate natural motifs and elements into their design work.

Japanese designer Takao Inoue chose dandelions as the inspiration for his OLED light creations, but instead of simply making a lamp shaped like dandelions he illuminated the plants themselves, creating a visually interesting light source that's sure to drive botanists wild.

He calls these dandelion lights OLED Tampopo, and here’s how they were made:

The production process for these curious and graceful lights seems fairly difficult. First, Inoue carefully harvests a springtime dandelion, careful not to disturb its feather-light seeds. Then, the flower is sealed in a block of acrylic plastic (and how he manages to do so without capturing air bubbles is beyond me). Lastly, the OLED light is embedded inside the plant’s stem, although we haven’t figured out exactly how he does this or how the light is powered.

“Production testing could only be done during a small time in the spring of the year. Dandelions need a very long time to be encapsulated. Plus, it took a few years until I reached the quality that I liked,”
