Pretty sure dude knew the "ramifications of riding with no helmet" (though i'd like to see exactly what the law says to the letter cause in the pic the bunny was wearing a helmet on his head. The cop let him off with just a warning? WTF? So why did he pull him over in the first place? Just to be a authoritative dick? No wonder why people don't like cops, especially when you see them breaking the law all the time, red light, flip on lights go through, turn lights off. Directing traffic, stop bumper to bumper just as a car is on some railroad tracks for a second and then direct them over to give $500 ticket, doesn't matter if tracks no longer being used... yah. f'em.
