The Yellow-faced Whip Snake is a venomous snake, but is not considered dangerous. However, a bite could be extremely painful, with much local swelling.

Although best known for his role in the situation comedy 'Steptoe and Son' which had been airing on Television commencing in 1962, Brambell was was a serious dramatic actor with much stage work behind him when he appeared in a 'Hard Days Night'. He would not have been amused to called a 'veteran funnyman'. (He was also aged only 52 at the time.)

The Beatles arrived in Australia on June 10 in Sydney.
The estimated crowd of 300,000 was on June 12 in Adelaide when the Beatles appeared on the balcony of the Adelaide town Hall. The population of Adelaide at the time was around 1 million.

The Beatles arrived in Melbourne on June 15 and Ringo played in both their concerts there, June 16 and June 17. The second show was recorded for Australian television and broadcast on July 1.
