Just like the waning fads of style in movie serials such as Flash Gordon and fins on cars of the era, the "streamlined" Multi-Hammer didn't retain popularity either.

A remenant of the Death Star, it was one of the devices on the torture droid that Vader used on Leia. Its specific purpose is just too frighening to utter.

These are shot put distance markers from the abandoned Jovian Olympic Games. It was abandoned not because of the tecnicalities involved but that the populace of Jupiter didnt want the IOC in thier back yard.

"80 weeks of unused vacation time", apparently she did do a lot of work, and foregone the vacation time during that period. The subject title and content is misleading. Most of it is probably attributed to older employment terms she was entitled to when she she started working for the city many years back.

Thought of two movies -

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory (1971) was funded by Beatrice foods to plug Wonkabars. Which at the time didn't take off as well as the movie did.

Return of the Killer Tomatoes (1988) which product placement was a plot element in the film - production of the film was stopped - George Clooney (yeah, his first movie) suggests product placement to fund the completion of the film and for a few scenes after that there's a ton of blatant product placements. Worked right in for the parody.
