From Overheard in the Newsroom, here's a take that I've never thought of before:

Le, a fitness consultant, studied some concept sketches of the suit posted on the Internet. He used thin, high-impact urethane for the armor, cutting it into plates and joining them with some 1,500 rivets and washers. He sculpted a clay helmet mold and then used a liquid resin mix to create the final product. But that was just cosmetic work. He also added a small servo motor that opens the faceplate, as in the movie, and built a gun out of pipes and a motor. LEDs in the eyes and chest-plate further add to the illusion.
This is basically the Super GameBoy, without the Super part. The guts of an original GB are transplanted into a NES cart. My incredibly amazing custom board then translates the GB graphics into NES format, and the NES controller to GB format. The original link port is accessible, so you can connect another GB or RetroVision or plug in the printer.

He-Man and his friends (and enemies) from the 80s cartoon He-Man and the Masters of the Universe sing "What's Up?" by the 90s band 4 Non Blondes. It's an outstanding mashup. But I was a bit disappointed not to see Ram-Man -- he had a great singing voice.
