If there's a ratchet screwdriver fruit, then there's probably a naturally-growing folding umbrella.

Alex, if you want to grow Neatorama, consider feeding your employees vast quantities of ice cream.

I agree with E-Sizzle. I'm glad that Ronan Farrow can laugh about it.

I’m very sorry but I am not willing to ride 5 mph on the sidewalk and make my 20 minute trip take an hour.
I'd rather my 20 minute car trip not take an hour because I'm stuck behind a bicyclist.
I'll gladly share the road with any vehicle, no matter how it's powered or how many wheels it has, so as long as it can keep up with 10 MPH of the speed limit.

I can understand needing some revenue but just look at this page we’re on. How much is content and how much is marketing, etc? Neatorama is not the worst, by any means. I really find myself avoiding the sites that kill you with cookies and and all that.
There's a point of diminishing returns in advertising. For example, I don't read Popular Mechanics online anymore because it spaces its content over multi-page slideshows. It's too annoying to tolerate.
But making money is a good thing. It's reasonable for Alex to try to maximize his profits.
