Whenever this subject comes up, I think of V for Vendetta, which is set in a timeline where there's been so much upheaval and destruction the aforementioned Zara is queen of England.
I was a bit surprised with the Washington state burger. Big Tom's does a good job, but I would have thought Dick's Drive In in Seattle would have snagged the honor.
Don Martin of Mad Magazine fame did a comic like this once, with the dentist carrying on a conversation with an incomprehensible patient, with the punchline being the patient sounded exactly the same without any tools in his mouth.
Many years ago I witnessed a similar scene, with a group of yahoos tapping on the plexiglass at a gorilla exhibit. Finally one of the gorillas wandered over and punched the glass. It was like a shotgun going off; gorillas are STRONG.
