My mother had 5 children. 3 of them were what you would call "normal" or "average". One was above average (and pretty weird at times). And one had learning difficulties. It's called The Bell Curve. Absolutely nothing in nature is distributed equally, ever. If you give everyone a universal basic income, rich people will figure out a way to syphon it back out of everyone. We have a very selfish society which has accepted that greed is good and rich people should exist. If you have 7.6 billion people, at least half of that will be very poor. Also keep in mind that while some people are born an Einstein or Edison, most people will shop at walmart and have too many kids cuz "muh freedoms". If you give free money to Muh Freedoms, they will ruin everything (more than they already do).

Every human that has ever existed is biased and "gerrymandering". I gerrymander all decisions in my apartment against anyone else that comes into my apartment.
