OMG, that is such a good question. Here's the thing, a tornado, an act of God if you will, threw her house into the sky, and then gravity took over, and it landed on the ruby shoe wearing old witch, Nuff said. I don't thing Allstate, State farm, or others would pay out for something like that. It was truly an act of God. But. But, if Dorothy had some way of navigating the house that would be something entirely different. But, what jury would convict a 16-year old girl of steering her flying house from her bed. Come on now. Maybe Toto was the true mastermind of this whole event.
