From living in England for about 2 years or so and going through Heathrow Airport several times I have to say this is odd to hear about. The minute you enter the airport you're pretty much being checked by security and ticket checks regularly. So to have folks who can just get in and not be stumbled upon either shows the ineptitude of the security detail or they got in through a hidden loop in the system. Still disturbing because that means folks who would want to do some damage can get in some way.
I wouldn't mind playing around with this tech but I think it could easily be abused by authorities who wouldn't mind have a large scale tool to gather information on folks on the street. However, if it could be used to capture criminals who pass by with a giant blaring "WANTED" sign popping up I wouldn't mind.
From what I've read from National Geographic and from Anthropology classes in Uni...the colours symbolize various things from class to status to individual tastes in body colouring. Mind you I'm basing this off of from already contacted tribes but so far they all seem to share some similarities in such things.
I think it maybe it was a pressure jet. Much like the opposite of sand traps with holes in the rocky undergrowth. Perhaps, this is a pressure jet caused by the nearby Aramco folks?
