Incredible Adventure's Zero Gravity Flight uses a series of parabolic flight maneuvers in the sky to simulate zero gravity (each one about 25 seconds).
The company also offers other "adventures" such as driving a tank in Texas, flying MiGs over Moscow, going to the edge of space on a MiG, Tandem HALO jumping, and more. Beats going to the water park, that's for sure. Link
