TomTom, the otter was DEFINITELY reacting to the boy. Towards the end of the video, the boy stops running & turns & the otter stops short & also turns. They do this more than once in quick succession.
This is hardly a new idea. A.S. Neill founded the "Summerhill School" way back in 1921 where the exact & still controversial philosophy was put to work.
It's fascinating to imagine what could be IF we gave chimps the ability to speak. I doubt we would like what they have to say, I think we might be ashamed.
Considering the citizens know exactly what has been buried what's the rush to open the capsule?
