We had an injured feral cat enter our cellar. We had a cat door down there for our own cats to come and go. We gave him food and water while he was there. Sadly he died. The other cats never bothered him. Always made me think that the cats sensed its plight.
Even the local 7-11 has bananas 2 for $1. I often pick up a couple on Sunday to use for breakfast the next day. We actually had a banana tree in front of our house here in SW FL. MrsO. removed it shortly after we moved here.
I certainly felt something like that the first time I met Mrs.O some 54 years ago. I was in transition from a job and didn't ask her till about 3 months later when I had secured a new position. If it wasn't love at first sight, it was close to it.
We get critters in our pool at times even thought it is screened in. The "bull nose" tile at the edge is the problem for them getting out. We have nets to help them.
One of the things I hated in the Army was all out fatigue uniforms were long sleeves and pants. We actually were issued dress class B (tan) shorts, but never wore them.
King of the Hill is one of my favorites. Too bad it is no longer in production. Would be great if they did a couple new ones with the gang a few years older.
My older son is a Morse code skilled ham radio guy. I'd ask him when there was Morse code sounds in movies, if they were "real" words. He said most of the time it is just gibberish.
