"Culture" isn't a recent phenomenon. Out-of-context, dated facts will always look weird. anyone can make a joke after medieval anatomy or renaissance chemistry.
These uncultered lists are getting more and more common... But its always cool to find more of these images.

I don't think tolkien was thinking "peter jackson" either when he wrote those books. Ideas and creativity weren't born im 2000. Before us there were artists too... Kudos for the illustrations.
