Hi Big Brother, I'm 36, I came back living in the sunny South of France after several years in Boston, MA. After being an internal auditor and SAP consultant and Walgreen's manager (yep), I'm working now in the family business (kinda littl' Home Depot).
I can't remember discovering Neatorama, but I went from lurking, to anonymous posting, to suggesting. Neatorama brings me the "lobotomying" fun I'm seeking to cut the stress from work.
I disagree. It's crepes. Crepes are lighter, thinner and usually wider; the batter is more fluid and you have it rest overnight;pancakes are thicker. Crepes can be salted, I have seen only sweet pancakes.
