For the most part I sleep when my body says and work when it is awake...I do not work outside the house either, and since staying awake nights is my bodies natural rhythm, I am able to honor that. I used to hate the process of waking up, but now that i am able to go with my own rhythm I don't mind it. I take a half hour to 2 hour nap in the evening, and when I wake up I get up and go. sometimes, if I've only gotten 5 -6 hours of sleep for a few days at a time my body crashes and sleeps extra.
