I used to make Homebrew, as it’s known in England, from kits about 20 years ago and lots of people still do as the kit’s are readily available. I was clearing out a cupboard the other day and came across six bottles unopened and clear as a bell from the last batch I made, not sure if I should try drinking it though !.
