During this pandemic, public transportation service has been severely reduced. In SF, Muni slashed most of their lines and the remaining lines ran at reduced frequency. BART also reduced their services, citing a decline of ridership. I still rely on public transportation to commute to work, so the reduced services and consolidation of riders per vehicle brings added stress to my day.
Interesting.... this morning I was reading an article about superb customer service. The article mentioned a story of a lost stuff giraffe that had it's own adventure in a hotel. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/chris-hurn/stuffed-giraffe-shows-wha_b_1524038.html Although both stories are rather similar, it would not take away from the beyond the call of duty of each group did to reunite both lost stuff animals to their children.
