The show is amazing. The Food Network really topped itself with this winner. Duff and his gang of bakers/artists are so amazing to watch. I won't miss one and even like the re-runs - there's so much going on - easy to miss stuff the first time around.

I like the fact that he's willing to share technique. So many of us chefs are so afraid of someone stealing ideas. I wouldn't worry about flavor, I checked out the website and he's got a lot of choices. I can't imagine he'd go to all the trouble to make them look so good without tasting great too.
