I dissent, this doesn't look like a cockroach (of the Orthopteroid orders) but more like a true bug of the order Hemiptera. One does not typically see the head of a cockroach from the dorsal view, as it is usually obscured by the pronotum. And cockroachs don't have hemelytra (the X on the back).
