Regina really isn't that bad, I don't know of anyone that has had chlamydia... and i've lived here my whole 23 years of life and never have i experience a mugging, my house being broken into, my car being stolen or broken into.. nothing in that sort!! so I don't know where you guys live or with whom you associate but I guess all I have to say is I feel sorry for you for having to have experienced Regina in that manner. to bad for you that you can't see Regina for an awesome city that it is.
