I have a question for everyone who says they have to drive like that to avoid being shot at -- how bad an aim does one have to be to miss a humvee? I'm not suggesting I want our soldiers to be shot (I don't, of course), but driving a few mph faster than the rest of traffic to avoid being shot at?

"Oh, look! The humvee is driving moderately faster than the rest of the traffic. I'll just wave and perhaps shoot at the next one to stop at a red light."
