I'm from regina, and I've never seen that stupid sign. I have heard aboot the capital thing but who knows with these crap stats. God that sign is ridiculously poor. And by the way, that planned parenthood sh*t just gets used by a bunch of sluts to get free condoms. Why pay for condoms? Regina is actually a pretty cool place, you should check out more aboot it.
